WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?

“Your parent being poor is not a barometer for any excuse of poverty or for you to fail.”

Do not allow the world to build your life; they will decide your fate. When they fashion your world; they structure your mindset. When you fashion your life, you determines your mindset and be in absolute control of your life. It is not the way people think about you; it about the way you think about who you are. It is also an established fact to say that youths are poor and mentally crippled not because they do not know what to do but because they have in one way or the other allow others to create and determine a life pattern and how they should function. That is the first source of the problem (our minds). 

This is where the battle begins. This is the very place the devil attacks. When once this power-house is paralyzing by the devil or any wrong hand, the individual begin to see life from the negative side. He will only make them to believe that they are nothing and will worth nothing no matter what changes happen in their lives. The devil is only interested in their mentality and their process of thoughts. Once this power house is conquered and the mind paralyzed, the entire personality becomes disorganized, disoriented and vision-less. 

The reason is this, when your mind is crippled and conquered by the devil, you will hate to hear the gospel; you will hate to take counsel. The word of God will be of no significance to you even if you sleep in the church every day. You will hate counsel in whatever form.

The devil knows the truth about you much more than you know about yourself. He knows the greatness and divine qualities inside of you much more than you see yourself. So, he is putting all things in place to thwart this Divine program and purpose for your life and bring the glory of God over you to disrepute (John 10:10). Yet, your success on earth brings glory and honor to God in heaven. Always know and note that the original purpose of God for you at creation is to be creative, productive, and fruitful and to replenish the earth. Genesis 1:28, “And God blessed them and said unto them, be fruitful, multiply and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion.” 

From the above bible verse, you can see why the devil will stop at nothing to make sure these promises and Divine mandate for you will not come to pass. The devil is powerful and astute, don’t underrate him. The only weapon he understands and respect is the precious blood of Jesus Christ. You cannot fight him alone with bare hands.
